Heze City Blooms with Vibrant Peonies at 33rd International Festival

Heze City, honored as the \"peony capital of China\" by the China Flower Association in 2012, continues to enchant visitors with its stunning displays of peonies. In 2019, the peony was further elevated to the national flower status by the association, cementing its significance in Chinese culture.

At the heart of this floral paradise lies the Caozhou Peony Garden, one of nine major peony gardens in Heze. This expansive garden boasts peonies in nine major colors, 10 distinct types, and an impressive collection of over 1,200 varieties. Such diversity makes Heze the world's largest hub for peony breeding, cultivation, research, processing, export, and appreciation.

As spring unfolds, Heze is gearing up to welcome thousands of flower enthusiasts to the 33rd Heze International Peony Culture and Tourism Festival, opening on April 8. The festival is a vibrant celebration of nature's beauty, offering visitors the chance to immerse themselves in the breathtaking blooms and partake in various cultural activities.

Whether you're a seasoned botanist, a photography enthusiast, or simply looking to enjoy the splendor of nature, the Heze International Peony Festival promises an unforgettable experience.
