Gaza-Israel Conflict Escalates to Day 40 with Over 11,000 Casualties

The Gaza-Israel conflict has entered its 40th day, with the toll rising sharply on both sides. As of now, over 11,000 individuals have lost their lives in the Gaza Strip, while Israel reports at least 1,200 fatalities. Dar al-Shifa, the largest hospital in Gaza, has been forced to cease operations, leading to a surge in patient deaths, according to the head of the World Health Organization (WHO) on Sunday. The region remains under a fierce Israeli assault, intensifying the humanitarian crisis in the Hamas-controlled area.
