The Chinese mainland braces for the impact of Super Typhoon Doksuri as the national observatory has renewed its most severe red alert. This marks the fifth typhoon to hit the region this year, bringing with it fierce gales and heavy rainfall to the eastern and southern parts of the country.

In response to the impending storm, the meteorological center has advised the suspension of both indoor and outdoor gatherings, along with the halting of dangerous outdoor operations. Residents living in vulnerable housing are strongly urged to evacuate to safer areas to mitigate potential risks.

Authorities are also ramping up emergency preparations, focusing on preventing geological disasters that could be triggered by the typhoon's heavy rains and strong winds. Communities are being encouraged to stay informed and follow official guidelines to ensure their safety during this critical period.
