Heavy rainfall has worsened the already critical situation for refugees in Gaza. On the beach west of Khan Younis in southern Gaza, relentless downpours have destroyed numerous tents as rising tides wash them away. These refugees, who have been displaced multiple times, now find themselves with no safe place to turn.
Umm Ahmed, a refugee, shared her harrowing experience with CGTN, revealing that her children nearly drowned in the sea and that almost all their belongings were destroyed. As prices continue to soar, the children are left hungry and without adequate clothing or blankets. Reflecting on their dire circumstances, Umm Ahmed stated, \"There is no place for us. We had moved to the beach. Where do we go now?\"
