Lebanon Mourns Hezbollah Leader Hassan Nasrallah After Deadly Air Strike

Lebanon is in mourning following the tragic death of Hezbollah leader Hassan Nasrallah. On September 27, an Israeli air strike targeted the southern suburbs of Beirut, resulting in Nasrallah's death as confirmed by Hezbollah in an official statement.

During a press conference on September 29, Lebanese Prime Minister Najib Mikati highlighted the dire humanitarian situation, warning that up to one million Lebanese could be displaced by ongoing Israeli attacks.

Residents in the southern city of Sidon shared their grief and concerns about the future. Mahmoud Al-Shamiya, a Sidon resident, described Nasrallah's death as a \"very big loss\" for the Lebanese people. Another local, Bilal Dimassi, expressed shock over the events, stating, \"Nobody knows where the war is heading.\"
