Palestinians Mourn Death of Hamas Leader Ismail Haniyeh in Tehran

On July 31, Iran's Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps announced the killing of Ismail Haniyeh, the head of the political bureau of the Palestinian Islamic Resistance Movement (Hamas), along with his bodyguard in Tehran. The incident's cause remains under investigation, with the results pending.

Palestinians have expressed deep sadness over Haniyeh's death. Resident Hamada Al-Harz shared feelings of sorrow, highlighting Haniyeh's opposition to the war and his efforts towards achieving a ceasefire in Gaza.
