Polish Filmmaker Bridges China and Spain Through Film

Julia, a dedicated Polish film professional, has been passionate about Chinese language and culture since 2005. Her journey began with continuous travels between China and Poland, where she witnessed firsthand China's remarkable advancements, including the expansion of high-speed railways and the widespread adoption of mobile payment systems.

After making Barcelona her home, Julia was determined to maintain her strong connection with China. This passion led her to establish the Lychee International Film Festival alongside Chinese collaborators. To date, the festival has showcased 56 Chinese films, introducing Spanish audiences to the rich and diverse world of Chinese cinema.

\"I was happy to participate, to build this bridge between the two cultures,\" Julia shares. Her efforts not only promote cultural understanding but also highlight the power of film in connecting people across different backgrounds.
