On July 3rd, 2024, Wuhan University launched an inspiring summer camp themed \"Global Exchanges and Sustainable Development.\" The program welcomed 22 enthusiastic students from six countries—Vietnam, Laos, Uzbekistan, Fiji, Sri Lanka, and the United States—and more than 20 undergraduates from Wuhan University.
The summer camp aimed to foster a deep understanding of sustainable development through interdisciplinary and cross-border open teaching. Esteemed educators, including Professor Ji Li from Wuhan University, Professor Zebo Kuldasheva from Tashkent State University of Economics, Uzbekistan, Professor Peng Zengjun from St. Cloud State University, USA, and Yan Liang, associate senior editor of Xinhua News Agency, led the sessions.
Participants engaged in lively discussions and collaborative projects, exploring critical issues related to global exchanges and sustainability. This unique program provided a platform for young global citizens to share diverse perspectives and develop innovative solutions for a more sustainable future.
