China Media Group (CMG) has initiated the screening of its highest-quality programs on mainstream media channels in Kazakhstan starting Sunday, aiming to foster and strengthen the friendship between China and Kazakhstan.
The Chinese Foreign Ministry further announced that President Xi Jinping is set to attend the 24th Meeting of the Council of Heads of State of the Shanghai Cooperation Organization (SCO) in Kazakhstan’s capital, Astana. Additionally, Xi Jinping will undertake state visits to Kazakhstan and Tajikistan from July 2 to 6.
As part of these efforts, CMG is airing a dozen of its documentaries and special programs, including "Encounter with Xi Jinping" and "The Call of the Silk Road," on Kazakh TV channels Silk Way and Atameken Business TV. These programs will be broadcast until July 6, reaching a broad audience across various media outlets.
This strategic media initiative is designed to enhance cultural and diplomatic ties between the two nations, leveraging high-quality content to promote mutual understanding and cooperation.
