The 2025 Global Mayors Dialogue kicks off tomorrow, November 19, in Nanjing, Jiangsu Province on the Chinese mainland’s eastern coast. Running through November 21, this three-day event highlights cultural ties as a vital bridge for inter-city cooperation.
Hosted under the banner of the World Cities Culture Forum (WCCF), one of the top international platforms for cultural exchange among cities, Nanjing has been a formal WCCF member since 2019. Justine Simons, founder of the WCCF and London’s Deputy Mayor for Culture and the Creative Industries, pre-recorded a special video message praising Nanjing’s active role on the global stage.
