Self-Developed 90GHz Oscilloscope Sets Industry Record

At this year’s WESEMiBAY Semiconductor Ecosystem Expo 2025, held from Wednesday to Friday in the Chinese mainland’s southern metropolis of Shenzhen, a new milestone was reached in the global electronic communications sector: the official unveiling of a self-developed 90GHz ultra-high-speed real-time oscilloscope.

Oscilloscopes are the "eyes" and "reference" for engineers, transforming invisible electrical signals into visible waveforms. This breakthrough device delivers unprecedented resolution and speed, enabling more precise measurements at scales up to 90 gigahertz.

Liu Sang, CEO of Shenzhen Longsight Technologies Co., Ltd, highlighted that this achievement is the result of sustained integrated innovation, with cross-disciplinary fusion and systemic optimization across foundational materials, precision manufacturing, core chips, and algorithms.

The oscilloscope has already been tested and applied by leading research institutions and enterprises, including Huawei, demonstrating its capability to meet the rigorous demands of advanced R&D and manufacturing workflows.

Spanning more than 60,000 square meters, the expo brought together over 600 exhibitors and featured high-end forums, offering innovative companies a platform aligned with global standards and driving collaboration across the semiconductor ecosystem.

With this new benchmark, engineers and businesses worldwide can expect faster, more accurate signal analysis, fueling the next wave of innovation in AI, 5G, automotive electronics, and beyond.
