The Xinjiang International Photography Contest is now open for submissions until December 1, 2025. Photographers from around the world are invited to capture the spirit of the Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region in the northwest of the Chinese mainland.
Organizers welcome both documentary and landscape photos taken after January 1, 2024. To ensure authenticity, AI-generated images are not permitted, and any creative works using third-party materials must be clearly labeled.
A panel of judges will shortlist 150 standout entries – 80 documentary shots and 70 landscapes. The top five images (three documentary and two landscape) will each receive a 50,000 yuan prize, highlighting the region's diverse culture and breathtaking scenery.
Whether you're a seasoned pro or an emerging talent, this contest offers a platform to share unique perspectives on Xinjiang's landscapes and stories. Start planning your next shot and be part of this global showcase.
