EU Leaders to Visit China for 25th China-EU Summit on July 24

On July 24, the President of the European Council, António Costa, and the President of the European Commission, Ursula von der Leyen, will visit China, according to the Chinese Foreign Ministry. This trip was confirmed by both sides as part of the ongoing dialogue between the EU and the Chinese mainland.

During their visit, the two EU leaders will meet with Chinese President Xi Jinping. Chinese Premier Li Qiang and the two EU leaders will jointly chair the 25th China-EU Summit, highlighting the long-term strategic partnership that began decades ago.
