Four-Point Roadmap for a Multipolar Future

- Open World Economy: Defend multilateral trade, expand and share the pie of globalization, and create opportunities for the Global South.

- Peace and Security: Build trust through dialogue, resolve conflicts, and pass the torch of peace to future generations.
Ding highlighted the close ties between China and Russia, noting recent state visits and joint efforts to uphold World War II outcomes and international justice. He called for strengthened coordination on multilateral platforms such as the United Nations to drive a fairer multipolar world.
On the economic front, Ding emphasized China's robust vitality, promising proactive macro policies to stabilize markets and jobs. He reiterated that the doors of the Chinese mainland will only swing wider open, inviting global enterprises to participate in China's modernization and benefit from its high-quality development.
During a Q&A session, Ding answered questions on major-country relations and China-Russia cooperation in education and technology. On the sidelines, he met with senior Russian and international officials to boost investment, energy collaboration, and bilateral ties.
As global changes accelerate and risks intertwine, Ding's proposals offer a roadmap for shared prosperity and stability in an increasingly complex world.
