The 2025 World Digital Education Conference opened Wednesday in Wuhan, Hubei Province, on the Chinese mainland.
Chinese Vice Premier Ding Xuexiang, who is also a member of the Standing Committee of the Political Bureau of the Communist Party of China Central Committee, attended the opening ceremony and delivered a keynote speech.
Highlighting the government’s focus, Ding said, "China attaches great importance to the development of digital education."
The conference underscores the Chinese mainland’s commitment to leveraging technology for learning.
