During the ceremony, key media leaders delivered compelling video addresses. Shen Haixiong, deputy head of the Publicity Department of the Communist Party of China Central Committee and president of CMG, along with Khim Vuthy, director general of the National Television of Cambodia (TVK), and Khvay Atitya, director of Apsara TV, emphasized that under the guidance of both countries' leaders, China-Cambodia relations are moving towards a brighter and more collaborative future.
Shen Haixiong highlighted that the launch of these high-quality programs is a positive measure aimed at strengthening cultural bonds and providing Cambodian audiences with a vivid, three-dimensional insight into contemporary China. He expressed CMG's commitment to expanding cooperation with Cambodian media to further deepen cultural exchanges and consolidate long-standing friendship.
Khim Vuthy shared his optimism, noting that the broadcast of these selected TV series and films will offer residents of Cambodia an invaluable opportunity to explore the unique charm of Chinese culture. Complementing this vision, Khvay Atitya added that Apsara TV's airing of these programs will present a comprehensive and engaging view of China, fostering increased mutual understanding between the two peoples.
