In a groundbreaking study combining traditional fieldwork with modern DNA analysis, researchers from the Institute of Plateau Biology and the Key Laboratory of Mycology in the Xizang Autonomous Region have unveiled an extraordinary diversity of fungi on the Qinghai-Xizang Plateau.
