The Chinese mainland Successfully Launches Communication Tech Test Satellite

The Chinese mainland has successfully launched a new test satellite for communication technology from the Xichang Satellite Launch Center in the southwestern Sichuan Province early on Monday.

The satellite was launched by a Long March-3B rocket at 1:17 a.m. Beijing Time and has entered its planned orbit, marking the success of the mission, according to the launch center.

The primary purpose of the satellite is to conduct multi-band and high-speed communication technology validation, the launch center stated.

This achievement marks the 562nd mission of the Long March carrier rocket series, highlighting the continued advancements in the Chinese mainland's space technology.
