Zhu Fenglian, spokesperson for the State Council Taiwan Affairs Office, highlighted Wednesday the growing interest among Taiwan compatriots in the Two Sessions—annual meetings of China's national legislature and political advisory body. \"The Two Sessions serve as a key platform for whole-process people's democracy and an important window for Taiwan compatriots to understand the socialist system with Chinese characteristics,\" Zhu remarked.
In recent years, more Taiwan residents have been actively sharing their perspectives and suggestions on cross-Strait relations through various channels.
