China and Uganda Deepen Strategic Partnership for Development

In a significant move to bolster international relations, Chinese Foreign Minister Wang Yi and Ugandan Foreign Minister Jeje Odongo met at the United Nations headquarters in New York on Tuesday. Wang Yi, a member of the Political Bureau of the Communist Party of China (CPC) Central Committee, emphasized the longstanding respect, trust, and support between the two nations. \\"China will always be a sincere friend and reliable partner on Uganda's path to development and revitalization,\\" Wang stated, highlighting China's commitment to Uganda's growth.

On the other hand, Jeje Odongo expressed Uganda's high regard for China's governance achievements. He highlighted Uganda's admiration for the CPC's leadership and expressed a desire to learn from China's modernization development path. \\"Uganda views China as a trustworthy and dependable partner,\\" Odongo affirmed, underscoring the mutual benefits of the enhanced partnership.
