CPC Leaders Highlight Unified Strategy for China’s 2025 Reforms

The Communist Party of China (CPC) leadership gathered on Thursday to review work reports from key Party member groups overseeing state institutions, including the top legislature, central government, political advisory body, top court, and procuratorate.

Presided over by Xi Jinping, General Secretary of the CPC Central Committee, the meeting underscored the paramount importance of the Party's overarching leadership as China's greatest political advantage. Leaders emphasized that the CPC's centralized and unified leadership has been the cornerstone of the nation's continuous achievements.

Reflecting on the past year, the CPC leadership commended the steadfast support from its member groups in upholding the Party's authority, leading to significant progress across various sectors. Special recognition was given to the Secretariat of the CPC Central Committee for their exemplary work.

Looking ahead, 2025 has been identified as a pivotal year for advancing comprehensive reforms in China. The CPC urged all leading Party member groups to ensure the effective implementation of the Central Committee's decisions and plans. Priority was given to key initiatives, including the enforcement of intra-Party regulations and streamlining processes to alleviate burdens at the grassroots level.

With these directives, the CPC leadership aims to steer China towards sustained growth and development, reinforcing its commitment to a unified and progressive national agenda.
