Premier Li emphasized the importance of respecting, studying, observing, and applying the law in everyday duties. He called on officials to remain honest and self-disciplined, ensuring that their actions align with legal standards and ethical practices.

Addressing the challenges ahead, Li highlighted that China’s economic and social development would continue to face numerous obstacles in the coming year. He urged officials to embrace their responsibilities, drive reform, and seek innovative solutions to open new horizons for growth and development.
