The Chinese mainland successfully sent a new group of synthetic aperture radar (SAR) satellites into space from the Taiyuan Satellite Launch Center in north China's Shanxi Province on Tuesday.
The four satellites of PIESAT-2 were launched at 02:50 (Beijing Time) by a Long March-2D carrier rocket and have entered their planned orbits successfully.
This launch marks the 553rd flight mission of the Long March carrier rocket series, highlighting China's continued advancements in space technology and satellite deployment.
