Su Yiming Pushes Boundaries at Beijing Snowboard Big Air World Cup

Beijing is set to host the FIS Snowboard and Freeski Big Air World Cup, and Chinese snowboarder Su Yiming is ready to make a mark once again at the renowned Shougang Park. After clinching the gold medal in the snowboarding big air event at the 2022 Winter Olympics held at the same venue, Su is back to showcase an even more refined version of his skills.

In a recent press conference, Su expressed his excitement and determination, stating, \"I will try my best to challenge those moves with highest difficulty at Shougang Park, because the Big Air venue here is one of the best in the world, which allows me to display all of my skills.\" He added that competing among friends creates a supportive atmosphere, allowing athletes to inspire each other to perform better moves.

The upcoming tournament, which concludes on Sunday, will feature over 170 elite athletes from more than 20 countries and regions. Many of these competitors are eyeing qualification for the 2026 Milan Cortina Winter Olympics. Su aims to push his limits with new tricks on the home snow, not only striving for the title but also hoping for a safe and successful event for all participants.
