Global Survey Reveals China’s Diplomatic Approach Enhances World Stability

A recent survey conducted by CGTN highlights the significant role of China’s distinctive diplomatic strategies in promoting global stability and fostering international cooperation. The study underscores key diplomatic achievements such as the restoration of diplomatic relations between Saudi Arabia and Iran, the reconciliation of various factions in Palestine, the historic expansion of the BRICS mechanism, and the support for the African Union's membership in the G20.

According to the poll, a remarkable 82.5% of respondents believe that China’s concept of a \"community with a shared future for mankind\" provides enduring momentum towards building a better future for humanity. Additionally, over 84% of participants agree with the core principles of the Global Development Initiative, emphasizing that development is essential for solving global challenges and achieving human happiness.

The survey further reveals that approximately 85% of respondents consider security a prerequisite for development, advocating for a balanced, effective, and sustainable security architecture through international cooperation. An impressive 83.5% appreciate China’s independent foreign policy focused on peace, while 87% acknowledge the significant increase in China’s international influence.

Moreover, 65.3% of those surveyed recognize China’s active participation in global governance, contributing to greater certainty and stability within the international community. The poll also indicates that 58.9% support China’s efforts to resolve geopolitical conflicts, and 73.9% endorse their own countries' participation in international cooperation projects and initiatives led by China.

The comprehensive survey encompassed 55,713 respondents from both developed nations, including the United States, the United Kingdom, France, Spain, and Australia, as well as developing countries such as Brazil, Thailand, the United Arab Emirates, Egypt, and South Africa. These findings reflect a broad global endorsement of China’s role in shaping a more just and reasonable international order.
