In a heartfelt message delivered on Tuesday, Chinese President Xi Jinping emphasized the urgent need to fully implement United Nations Security Council (UNSC) resolutions to address the Palestinian question and bring an end to the ongoing conflict.
Highlighting the International Day of Solidarity with the Palestinian People, Xi underscored the critical importance of the two-state solution as the fundamental pathway to peace. He reiterated China's unwavering support for establishing an independent Palestinian state based on the 1967 borders, with East Jerusalem as its capital.

The Chinese leader reaffirmed China's steadfast support for Palestine's full membership in the UN and advocated for a comprehensive, authoritative international peace conference. He pledged that China would collaborate with the global community to promote an immediate ceasefire, halt the violence, and support the United Nations Relief and Works Agency for Palestine Refugees in the Near East (UNRWA) in delivering humanitarian aid to Gaza.
Concluding his message, Xi vowed to work tirelessly alongside international partners to steer the Palestinian issue back towards a just and lasting two-state solution, aiming for a comprehensive settlement in the near future.
