Xi Jinping, chairman of the Central Military Commission, has signed a decree to promulgate a comprehensive set of regulations aimed at enhancing support for military equipment. The new regulations, which consist of 92 rules organized into eight chapters, are scheduled to take effect on December 1.
According to an official statement released on Saturday, these regulations focus on improving combat readiness and ensuring the effective fulfillment of the missions and tasks assigned to the armed forces in the new era.
