World No. 1 Wang Chuqin delivered a commanding 3-0 victory against Japan's Shunsuke Togami in the men's singles first round. Despite Togami's aggressive quick attacks in the first game, Wang showcased his resilience by tying the score at 9-9 before ultimately securing the win. His sharp serves proved to be a decisive factor in the second game, allowing him to maintain momentum.
