Last year, Sky Lu, an 8-year-old from the United States, had a memorable celebration of the Mid-Autumn Festival in China. She fondly shared, \"I ate mooncakes, saw a big, round moon, and listened to my grandmother tell beautiful stories and legends about the festival.\"
Moved by this special experience, Sky channeled her creativity into a vibrant painting. Using markers and her vivid imagination, she depicted herself \"as a princess celebrating a beautiful Mid-Autumn Festival in China.\"
Sky's artistic talent and deep appreciation for cultural traditions earned her the Third Prize in the \"China Through My Eyes\" Global Children's Art Project. Congratulations to Sky Lu for her outstanding achievement!
