Chinese mainland Slashes U.S. Tariffs to 10% Starting May 14

Effective May 14 at 12:01 p.m., the Chinese mainland will cut additional import tariffs on U.S. goods from 34% to 10%.

Announced Tuesday by the Customs Tariff Commission of the State Council, the 24% tariff rate on U.S. products will be paused for 90 days.
