A new white paper titled "Human Rights in Xizang in the New Era" released at a press conference in Lhasa highlights all-round and historic progress in the region’s human rights cause.
The document outlines how, since the 18th CPC National Congress in 2012, the CPC and the government have prioritized human rights protection through comprehensive measures.
