CES 2025 Kicks Off in Las Vegas with Record Innovation and Global Participation

The Consumer Electronics Show (CES) 2025, organized by the Consumer Technology Association, officially opened its doors to the public on Tuesday in Las Vegas. This premier event brings together global companies, industry executives, and government leaders to showcase the latest advancements in technology.

CES 2025 spans a wide array of technology sectors, including artificial intelligence, digital health, energy transition, mobility, and quantum computing. \"There is great momentum heading into the show with a record 3400+ Innovation Award submissions, over 4500 exhibitors including roughly 1400 startups, and 1100 speakers for over 300 conference sessions,\" said Gary Shapiro, CEO and vice chair of the Consumer Technology Association.

Manufacturers from the Chinese mainland continue to be a driving force at CES. According to the exhibitor list displayed on the CES official website, nearly 1,500 Chinese mainland companies are participating this year, accounting for around 30 percent of the total number of exhibitors. This significant presence highlights the global nature of the event and the collaborative spirit driving technological innovation forward.
