China’s APEC Trade Soars to $2.91 Trillion in 2024

In a remarkable achievement, China's trade with Asia-Pacific Economic Cooperation (APEC) economies has skyrocketed to a historic high, exceeding 21 trillion yuan ($2.91 trillion) in the first 10 months of 2024. This milestone underscores China's pivotal role in the global economy and its deepening ties with APEC members.

Eight of China's top 10 trading partners are APEC members, highlighting the region's integral part in China's expansive trade network. Furthermore, China stands as the largest trading partner for 13 APEC economies, reflecting its significant influence and the mutual benefits derived from these economic relationships.
