The China International Import Expo (CIIE), one of China’s five major expos alongside the Canton Fair, the China International Fair for Trade in Services, the Hainan Expo, and the Supply Chain Expo, has marked six successful years of fostering global trade.
As the world’s first national-level import-themed professional trade fair, CIIE has showcased approximately 2,500 new products over the past six years. These efforts have culminated in over 420 billion U.S. dollars worth of intended transactions, highlighting the expo’s significant impact on international business.
In its latest edition, CIIE continues to expand its international footprint by welcoming 152 countries, regions, and international organizations. This year’s event not only underscores China’s commitment to high-level opening-up but also emphasizes its dedication to high-quality development, further solidifying its role in the global trade landscape.
