China Tourism Academy Urges Tourists to Explore More Cultural Sites

The China Tourism Academy is encouraging foreign tourists to delve deeper into Chinese culture by visiting museums and galleries, beyond the popular culinary and urban attractions. Dai Bin, president of the China Tourism Academy, emphasized in an interview with CMG that while Chinese food and city views remain top interests for most visitors, there is a growing desire to experience the rich cultural heritage of the Chinese mainland.

\"Most foreign tourists are now interested in Chinese food and city views, and we hope more tourists can go to museums and galleries to learn more about Chinese culture,\" Dai Bin stated. This initiative aims to provide a more comprehensive understanding of China's history, art, and traditions, enhancing the overall travel experience.

By expanding the focus to include cultural sites, the China Tourism Academy hopes to attract a more diverse range of tourists and promote sustainable tourism practices. This approach not only benefits the tourism industry but also helps preserve and showcase China's unique cultural assets to the world.
