The Chinese mainland's economy continues its steady recovery, showing remarkable improvements across several key industries in May, according to the National Development and Reform Commission (NDRC).
During a press conference on Tuesday, Li Chao, a spokesperson for the NDRC, highlighted that the ongoing implementation of various macroeconomic policies has significantly contributed to the nation's economic upswing. Positive factors in economic operations are steadily accumulating, fostering a robust growth environment.
The rapid expansion of industrial production, increased exports, and a surge in domestic demand are some of the primary drivers behind this economic revival. Additionally, stable employment rates and a gradually rising price level have further bolstered the recovery efforts, Li added.
