CMG Launches 2024 China Brand Day to Boost Global Presence of Chinese Brands

China Media Group (CMG) held a media event on Tuesday to kick off the 2024 China Brand Day. The initiative aims to highlight new trends in 'China-chic' (Guochao) consumption, share inspiring stories about the strength of Chinese brands, and promote the country's high-quality economic development.

Key figures at the ceremony included Luo Wen, head of the State Administration for Market Regulation; Shen Haixiong, president of CMG; and Yang Guorui, deputy director of the National Radio and Television Administration, all of whom delivered insightful speeches.

Shen Haixiong emphasized the importance of branding for companies, stating that since CMG's establishment over six years ago, the organization has been dedicated to building and promoting Chinese brands.

\"CMG will make full use of its communication advantages to vigorously promote Chinese brands to become world-famous ones,\" Shen remarked.

Looking ahead, CMG plans to launch integrated media activities aimed at recommending Chinese brands to the world, further enhancing their international influence during the upcoming Olympic Games in Paris this summer.
