Sri Lanka and Israel Sign Direct Air Service Agreement

Sri Lanka's Ports, Shipping and Aviation Minister Nimal Siripala de Silva announced on Thursday the signing of a direct air service agreement between Israel and Sri Lanka.

This agreement marks the beginning of direct flights between the two nations, aiming to enhance passenger convenience. Minister Siripala de Silva emphasized that the new air link will facilitate Sri Lankan workers traveling to Israel and encourage Israelis to visit Sri Lanka.
