The China Council for the Promotion of International Trade (CCPIT) is set to lead a delegation of entrepreneurs from the Chinese mainland to the United States in early December at the invitation of the U.S. Chamber of Commerce. The group covers agriculture and food, machinery and electronics, financial services, cross-border trade, logistics and transportation, biomedicine and trend culture.
The delegation will engage in extensive exchanges with U.S. government and business circles. Over the coming weeks, multiple China-U.S. business communication events will bring together leaders from both sides to discuss high-quality development and high-standard opening up.
"This visit is about building trust and sparking cooperation," said Yang Fan, spokesperson for CCPIT. By promoting face-to-face dialogue, the delegation aims to dispel misgivings, share achievements and pave the way for common prosperity.
Since early November, CCPIT has co-hosted events like the 2025 Health Economy and Innovation Development Dialogue with the China Chamber of International Commerce and the U.S.-China Business Council, and a China-U.S. Medical and Insurance Industry Round-Table with the U.S. Embassy in China. A dedicated China-U.S. catering industry exchange is also on the horizon.
Following the U.S. visit, the delegation will travel to Canada at the invitation of the Canada-China Business Council to connect with political and business communities. Companies on both sides have shown strong enthusiasm for stable, healthy and sustainable development of bilateral relations.
For young entrepreneurs and professionals, these exchanges offer a front-row seat to shaping the next wave of cross-border trade and investment, highlighting a global trend toward direct, in-person collaboration to navigate complex markets and drive innovation.
