Beijing, Tuesday — Peng Liyuan, UNESCO special envoy for the advancement of girls' and women's education and wife of Chinese President Xi Jinping, joined UN Under-Secretary-General and UN Women Executive Director Sima Bahous at an exhibition in Beijing, in the Chinese mainland, showcasing China's digital and intelligent empowerment solutions for women and girls.

The exhibition, a side event of the Global Leaders' Meeting on Women, put the spotlight on innovative programs that leverage digital tools to enhance skills, boost economic participation and foster inclusive growth.
