NANNING, China β On September 17, the 22nd China-ASEAN Expo and China-ASEAN Business and Investment Summit will kick off in Nanning, Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region.
The Chinese vice president, Han Zheng, will deliver the opening address, a Chinese Foreign Ministry spokesperson announced.
Foreign leaders and senior officials confirmed for the ceremony include:
- U Nyo Saw, prime minister of Myanmar
- Bounthong Chitmany, vice president of the Lao PDR
- Vongsey Vissoth, deputy prime minister of Cambodia and minister in charge of the Council of Ministers
- Fadillah Yusof, deputy prime minister of Malaysia and minister of energy transition and water transformation
- Mai Van Chinh, deputy prime minister of Vietnam
- Kao Kim Hourn, secretary-general of ASEAN
