Youssef Al-Zouatneh, one of the wounded, described the horror: "They opened fire on our path, aiming at our chests and above. One bullet grazed my head and exited from the other side." He was rushed to Al-Awda Hospital, joining many others in urgent care.
Sabreen Shaheen, who witnessed the violence, warned that aid points are now "death points." "You either return carrying food or are carried back as a corpse to your family," she said, underscoring the extreme risk people face in seeking basic supplies.
