On August 2, the Library of Congress transformed into a vibrant hub of Chinese heritage for ‘Charm of the East,’ a one-day event blending tradition, vegetarian cuisine, and global diplomacy.

Organized by the Chinese American Museum in Washington and Shanghai’s Longhua Temple, the celebration welcomed diplomats and their families from nearly 60 countries.
