In an all-Chinese men's singles final, Shi Yuqi rallied from a first-game loss to overcome surprise contender Wang Zhengxing 14-21, 21-14, 21-15. The victory marked his fourth title this season and made him the first player to sweep all four BWF World Tour Super 1000 events in a single year.
“I've never performed well here before due to the drafty conditions,” Shi said. “I'm very happy to finally break through.”
