Co-organized by the Beijing People’s Association for Friendship with Foreign Countries and the Beijing Russian Cultural Center, the event marks eight decades since the end of WWII and highlights creative dialogues between two nations.
Open to creators aged 18 to 45, the showcase invites a new generation of voices to reflect on history and envision cooperation. Submissions are accepted until mid-June, with a selection panel reviewing entries at the end of the month.
Key Dates:
- Submission deadline: mid-June

- Exhibition: August 7–16 at the China Millennium Monument in Beijing
Participants compete for 80 awards—15 first-place, 25 second-place, and 40 third-place winners—split evenly between the Chinese mainland and Russia. This structure underscores a balanced celebration of talent and shared remembrance.
