Galactic Energy’s CERES-1 Y10 Rockets Into Orbit

Beijing-based private aerospace company Galactic Energy recently launched its flagship CERES-1 Y10 rocket, carrying eight satellites into a 535-kilometer sun-synchronous orbit.

The mission, dubbed "Auld Lang Syne," lifted off at 4:07 p.m. Beijing Time on March 17 from the Jiuquan Satellite Launch Center in the northwest region of the Chinese mainland. Key payloads included the Yunyao-1 55-60, AIRSAT-06, and AIRSAT-07 satellites.

This launch marks the 17th mission of the CERES-1 series, which has so far delivered a total of 71 satellites into preset orbits. The achievement underscores Galactic Energy's growing impact in the private aerospace sector and its commitment to pushing the boundaries of space exploration and digital connectivity.
