Officials from Daxing District have announced that the airport is expected to manage more than 6,400 flights and over 1.03 million passengers throughout the holiday period.
Among domestic travelers, Chengdu, Shanghai, and Guangzhou are the most sought-after destinations from PKX. Internationally, passengers are primarily heading to major cities in East and Southeast Asia, including Tokyo and Singapore.
The busiest days are anticipated to be October 1 and October 7, with each day expecting to accommodate over 1,000 flights and more than 160,000 passengers. Additionally, the peak outbound traffic is projected for September 29, while the highest inbound traffic is expected on October 6 and 7.
